At the beginning of the new
semester, students of CAVC welcomed good news again.
Recently, the results of the
2020 British Physics Olympiad (BPhO) have been announced.

The British
Physics Olympiad (British Physics Olympiad) started in 1979 and formally
selected the national team for the British Physics Olympiad in 1983 to
participate in the International Physics Olympiad. The Organizing Committee of
the British Physics Olympiad is mainly composed of Oxford University, the
British Physical Society and the Odgen Foundation. The office is located in the
Department of Physics of Oxford University.
British Physics Olympiad
attaches great importance to the flexible use of physical knowledge, and all
the test questions are proof questions. Students need to use their physical
knowledge to complete the challenge, which involves a wide range of knowledge
points. The challenge does not require students to complete all the test
questions, but encourages students to complete the parts they are good at
according to their own interests and learning scope.
ASDAN China (ASDAN College)
has officially cooperated with the British Physics Olympiad organizing
committee to become the organizer of the British Physics Olympiad in China
since 2016. Chinese and British students will have the opportunity to compete
on the same stage, take unified examinations, send test papers to the
headquarters of British Physics Olympiad for unified scoring, and strive for
the global gold, silver and bronze medals of British Physics Olympiad equally
through this activity.
The British Physics Olympiad
(bpho) is the highest level high school physics competition in the UK. The
world's science elites compete equally for gold, silver and bronze medals.
Those with outstanding results will increase the competitive advantage of
science and engineering majors in world-famous universities. The winners will
have the opportunity to be invited to participate in the "British Physics
Olympiad training camp (China)".
Congratulations again to the
above winners!
Academic is endless and
boundless.
Hope the students of Cardiff
and Vale College will continue to get more good news in the future competitions.
